Crocheted Flower Photo Tutorial--Round 5

Note:  This Tutorial is now complete and forgive me for not being able to post all the instructions in one single post due to my personal needs, time and technology constraints.

I'm doing it backward and forward due to constraints mentioned above, (starting from the end and work or post my way back to the very beginning on how to make the individual flower.  The reason I'm going ahead and publishing this is because I want to alert those who may be interested on learning how to make the flowers to visit my blog and watch for the rest of this tutorial.
Also there are some techniques here that I want to share such as how to hide the yarn tails as one crochets instead of going back and hide them one by one when the whole project is finished.  A technique on how to attach flower motifs together is also shown in the photos.

Step 1:  End Round 4 by making a sc on the first ch of the ch5 loop of the next petal.

Step 2:  Sc on next 3 chains.

Step 3:  Turn work wrong side out to expose the tail ends and clip it plum with the last sc that hides it.

The photo shows the back of the flower after cutting the tail ends of the yarn.

Step 4:  Ch2 (ready to connect to the rest of the flowers)

Step 5:  Sc on the mid (middle) chain of the ch-5 space of the purple flower  to which the new flower is being connected.

Step 6:  Ch2, 3 sc on the 5-ch space of the new (green) flower,

Step 7:  Ch1, sc on mid chain of the next ch-3 space of the (older) purple flower.

Step 8:  Ch1, 3 sc on the ch-5 space of the (new) green flower.

Step 9:  Ch2, sc on the joining (sc) of the two (older) purple and orange flowers.

Step 10:  Ch2, 3 sc on ch5 space of (new) green flower.

Repeat steps 7 to 10 until the new flower is connected to the (older) flowers.

Step 11:  When all the sides of the new flower that needs to be attached to the older flowers, finish round 5 by:  Note:  Working only on the new flower.  See step 10.*ch3, 3 sc on ch-5 sp of next petal; ch5, 3sc on the next ch-5 space of the same petal (corner loop made).* Repeat * * one time and end with slst on 3rd loop of the beginning sc.  See photo below.
